Terms of Returns
Our financial consulting company is committed to providing you with a quality, professional and personalized service that meets your needs and expectations. However, we understand that in some cases you may not be satisfied with the service we have provided, or you may change your mind about it.
Therefore, we offer you the possibility to request your money back, as long as you comply with the following conditions:
– You must request your money back within 30 days of contracting the service, or before the service has been completed, whichever comes first.
– You must send an email to [email protected] indicating your name, contract number, reason for the request and bank details to make the refund.
– Never deleted in the above time a single reporting account.
– Your credit score did not go up.
– You did not receive a response from credit bureaus or creditors.
– You never made further applications for credit within the stated time frame.
– You were never a guarantor on any type of loan.
– You will not be able to ask for your money back if the service has been completed, or if you have failed to comply with any of the obligations established in the service contract.
Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate it and send you an answer within 15 working days. If your request is accepted, we will reimburse you 100% of the amount you paid for the service, minus the administrative and bank charges generated by the process. The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer to the account you have indicated.
